We at Fashionable Hats take great pride in the products that we sell and we want you to have great pride in the item that you purchased. If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please read below for return instructions and requirements.
- Item must be unworn, in good condition and original tags must be attached – Missing tags will indicate that the item has been worn and will not be accepted
- Please call Fashionable Hats 1-800-887-5185 or email us at to receive an RMA number prior to returning the item(s). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made in shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded
- We recommend insuring any orders that are sent back. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping
- Once the item is received back, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the return to be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order
- We are happy to accept returns on gifts as well, but the recipient will either receive store credit or we will issue a refund back to the purchaser’s credit card. We do not issue cash or check refunds
- As a courtesy to our holiday shoppers, we will allow returns or exchanges for orders that were purchased between November 15th and December 25th until January 25th. Due to extra volume during that time, please allow extra time for the return/exchange to be processed
